The Finance department consists of 5 enthusiastic colleagues who together are responsible for the internal and external financial and business economic information provision, payment transactions, financial administration, salary administration and the planning and control cycle.

Job description

You will ensure timely, accurate and complete payroll processing. This includes processing all data, setting up and updating the salary package. You take into account fiscal and social legislation and regulations, collective labour agreements and employment conditions. You do the payroll administration for Ophtec BV and several foreign operating companies. For these foreign branches the data and mutations must be delivered to the local payroll administrator.

You also ensure correct data delivery to the tax authorities and the various (pension) insurers and monitor the salary-related suspense accounts. You handle travel declarations and are responsible for the functional management of the declarations app SRXP.

For employees, you are the expert they can turn to with questions about salary and pension.

Your profile

You have relevant knowledge and work experience at MBO+ level, at least supplemented with a Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration, and have been working (or have worked) as a payroll administrator for 3 years or more.

In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:

  • Advanced user of Exact Globe and Microsoft-Office applications;
  • Knowledge of and experience with payroll administration systems (Visma)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of and affinity with (pension) insurance;
  • Good interaction with colleagues, customer-friendly, discrete and stress-resistant;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language. It is a plus if you can also manage in German.
